General Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Skipasses and Booking of Private Lessons Online

These general conditions apply between the seller, as a provider and the person himself or through others making a booking on the provider's website. Or through the seller`s associated online partners. The terms and conditions applies for lift tickets, activities, and purchase of other products and services. Or a combination thereof.

1. Buyer's Responsibility

Before making a purchase, you should carefully read the information about the product in question. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the purchase meets their requirements. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the information in the confirmation (sent only via email) matches the order.


You can also register and log in as a user via social login (Facebook and Google+). When you register using Facebook or Google+, the seller will create an account for you with the email you have registered on these sites.


You can change your personal information at any time by logging in to "My Page."


2. Skipasses

When you purchase skipasses online, you can buy them with or without a data medium, such as a keycard. If you purchase a skipass with an existing keycard, your ticket will be activated at the first pass in the lift. If you purchased a new keycard online, it can be picked up at your location.


If the location has QR/barcode readers in the lift, the ticket can be downloaded to your smartphone (for offline use) and used for direct access.


If the location has a machine or a pick-up box, the QR/barcode can be used to retrieve your tickets. If the ski resort does not have this, go to the ticket counter.

3. Private Lesson

The booking applies to the selected day and time. In case of hindrance, no refund will be given.

Booked lessons can only be canceled if Cancellation Protection has been purchased.


4. Completion of Purchase

After a successful online payment, you will receive a receipt via email. The receipt contains all the details of your purchase and can be brought to our location.
The order is not completed or valid in the following cases:
• The buyer has not received an email with a receipt or booking confirmation/booking number.
• The card payment is interrupted for various reasons and the payment fails.
• The payment is not completed fully or correctly, and the amount has not been deducted from the account. In this case, the preliminary reservation will be canceled after a short time, and the purchase is invalid.

5. Payment

We use a payment solution from Netaxept, and you can pay with Visa or Mastercard. Third parties will not have access to your personal information. Netaxept uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for the transfer of personal information. SSL provides a secure (encrypted) connection between your device and Netaxept. This way, the information can be transferred safely without unauthorized persons being able to read it during the transfer.


6. Right of Withdrawal

Purchased Skipasses/Bikepasses and booked lessons can only be canceled if Cancellation Protection has been purchased. This also applies to packages or promotions that include date-specific skipasses or date-specific events.


In case of injury occurring during use, the skipass holder is entitled to a refund for the time the skipass could not be used. Refunds are only given upon presentation of a medical certificate.


7. Changes in Taxes and Fees

If taxes and fees change and result in a cost increase after the purchase has been completed, the price may be increased by the corresponding amount for the buyer. The price change will be communicated to the buyer as soon as possible.


8. Reservations

We reserve the right for any typographical errors on the website and in other printed information about offers.


9. In Case of Dispute

The buyer should contact our location if they have complaints about the ordered product. If the guest and our location cannot reach an agreement, disputes regarding the concluded agreement shall be settled in the district court.


10. Force Majeure

Both parties have the right to withdraw from the agreement if the product cannot be delivered due to war, natural disasters, or labor market conflicts. Long-term interruptions in water or energy supply, fire, or other similar major events that neither party could foresee or influence.
